These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Popcorn Plus website (popcornplus.in), applications and streaming service (together, the "Service"), which is operated by Shine Productions ("Popcorn Plus", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Minors may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Streaming quality may depend on your device, internet connection and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popcorn Plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
